研究领域:

1. 储存脂类关键功能基因的分析与基因工程 

  以重要的油脂类能源植物蓖麻、小桐子、星油藤为研究对象,着重其种子在发育过程中影响或调节油脂累积(油脂含量)或脂肪酸成分生物合成的关键功能基因,通过基因修饰和表达干扰技术(如基因过表达、基因沉默等),并借助拟南芥、烟草的转化体系,阐明关键功能基因在储存脂类生物合成途径中的作用机理,为理解植物储存油脂累积的遗传基础提供理论依据,为旨在提高种子油含量油或脂肪酸成分的基因工程实践提供基因源和技术平台。    

2. 重要农艺性状演化的分子基础与遗传改良的分子设计 

  以蓖麻、小桐子、油桐为对象,着重种子大小和种子含油量等重要农艺性状,通过不同种质的性状差异、遗传关系以及SSRSNP等高效分子标记的构建,调查种子大小、种子含油量等重要农艺性状和分子标记的连锁规律和QTL mapping,结合关键性状功能基因的克隆、功能分析、居群遗传、分子进化,阐明种子大小和种子含油量等重要农艺性状形成的分子基础和演化规律。同时,通过分子标记与重要农艺性状连锁的鉴定,为分子辅助育种提供依据。     

3. 蓖麻的功能基因组与表观遗传 

  依托蓖麻的全基因组序列,利用高通量测序技术,通过RNA-seq(转录组分析)、miRNA-seq、甲基化测序、蛋白组学等,在基因组和蛋白组水平调查某些关键miRNA/转录因子/油脂类关键功能基因/印迹基因在蓖麻种子发育过程中在ABA/光等诱导下,对储存油脂累积的影响,结合种子大小和种子含油量的遗传规律,解析表观遗传(特别是印迹基因)对蓖麻重要农艺性状(种子大小和种子含油量)形成的影响。
