长期从事天然产物化学及植物资源相关领域的研究,对药用、茶用及食用植物中的大极性和水溶性成分,特别是植物配糖体和多酚性成分的化学、生物活性与功能、以及生物转化等方面的系统研究已形成特色和优势,并特别重视与健康相关的功能性成分以及中药资源的标准化与可持续利用研究。在国内外核心刊物上发表研究论文170余篇,其中SCI收录论文110余篇,署名申请专利19项,其中11项已获授权。
