研究领域:

    主要研究方向为以植物中新颖结构、具有重要生理功能(抗肿瘤、抗病毒)的活性生物碱为研究目标,利用植物化学、化学合成、生物学等手段探讨其结构、活性以及作用机制(靶点)等,从中寻找药物先导和候选结构。此外,亦开展量子计算化学方法在复杂天然产物结构鉴定、绝对构型确定中的应用工作。目前在天然产物化学领域主流期刊(Org. Lett.; J. Nat. Prod.; Phytochemistry; Tetrahedron; Tetrahedron Lett.等)发表和参与发表论文80余篇,以第一或通讯作者发表23篇SCI论文,申请专利3项,授权1项。
